UPDATED: Mandated Requirements For COVID
We are not letting our guard down, and asking you to do the same.
E1Body and Soul is under mandated rules and regulations from the State of Tennessee, as well as, State Board of Licensing and Cosmetology Department Of Commerce and Insurance.
Implementing these rules are not an option. We must follow to keep our doors open, as well as, to help protect you, your family, as well as, myself, and my family.
*Cosmetologists are 15 inches from the client and directly in path when shampooing and rinsing. We are asking clients to shampoo hair (if can) before arriving. If hair dries before arriving, I can wet with salon spray bottle. If service requires shampoo; then we will shampoo.
*CALL EARLY to book your appointments, for I will NOT book clients close together at the last minute.
*Clients will wait in our outdoor covered area (located beside salon entrance) for accurate temperature checks via touchless thermometer and questionnaire before allowed to enter salon.
Above 99.1 will not be admitted.
*Each client will receive a loop mask to wear when arriving (feel free to bring your own). First mask is FREE. (Please keep your mask for future appointments). There will be an additional fee for masks given after received first free mask.
*No mask, No service. (Not my rule. Mandated by the State of TN).
*Each client will wash hands upon arrival.
*I will sterilize between each client.
*I will wear a face shield or Mask, whichever is most suitable for service being offered. .
*I will wear gloves when possible.
*Hand sanitizer will be available in salon for public use.
*Each client will receive a clean salon cape.
*We are not offering client robes at this time. Please bring an older shirt to wear if needed.
*If you have an appointment - DO NOT bring anyone with you unless they also have an appointment too.
*If you need to shop or pick up an order - APPOINTMENT REQUIRED. No one is allowed with other clients in salon.
*I’m aware you may not show symptoms for days. But, we are trying to keep you, your loved ones, as well as, my family safe. SO, YOU MUST STAY HOME if you have symptoms, if you’ve been exposed to COVID-19, as well as, traveled. YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED at a later date if any above applies to you.
*If I have been around someone with COVID -19 or show symptoms- your appointments will be cancelled and rescheduled to a later date.
*I will NOT have an assistant during this pandemic, so please be patient. Sterilizing between each client take time, for we need to keep everyone as safe as possible.
*No product testers (in-store) or hand lotions (in restrooms) will be available.
*At this time (mandated by the state of TN), E1Body and Soul can not offer any beverages or food. You may bring a sealed bottle water with you. We can not provide it to you.
*No magazines, books, or any shared material allowed.
*Windows will be opened when possible to increase circulation.
*Due to the nature of this pandemic and in helping keep the salon sterile (as possible), please be on time or we may need to reschedule your appointment.
This will be updated and most likely change day by day, as we follow CDC regulations. If we go on quarantine once again, all appointments will be rescheduled to a later date.
