Return Policy

E1body & Soul Return Policy:

Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. Returns and Exchanges are limited to the following situations: 

Our commitment to our customers is to deliver quality products in a timely manner and in excellent condition.

 To help us fulfill our commitment and reconcile any errors quickly, customers are asked to please follow the guidelines below when checking in your orders

  •  Unpack your order immediately upon receipt     
  •    
  •  Check what you received against the invoice   
  •      
  •  Notify us within 48 hours if you find discrepancies or damaged products
Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at e1body & soul, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Please call e1body & soul to schedule a time to return product to our Salon Location. Return Store Credit can only be processed with original receipt.  No refunds are given for gift card orders.
    Miscellaneous: Due to our quality standards regarding sanitation, we will not accept any cosmetic, Hair or body accessories, apparel, decor, manicure / pedicure tools or products are not returnable unless the product is defective. All sales are final. No returns and exchanges. 

     

    RETURNS BY MAIL: Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable. To return your item(s) by mail, please contact e1body & soul at (423) 227-2837 for shipping information. Your refund minus shipping and handling will be credited to a store gift card once the return has been received and processed.  Please make sure the invoice is enclosed in your original order and place it inside the return package. Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records.

    **ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON Clearance, Closeouts, or any items marked 50% off or greater.  No refunds or store credit issued for any reason on items listed above. 

    Hazardous Materials: Certain items in your order may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). Hazardous Materials are as follows: aerosol items, some alcohol-based items, items that contain contents under pressure, and others (e.g., hairspray, nail polish and items containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals). The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) requires ground-only shipment of Hazardous Materials due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Therefore, these items cannot be shipped to all addresses.

    All orders containing Hazardous Materials must be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping and cannot be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. All orders containing Hazardous Materials can only be shipped to addresses within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses.
