These are the rules governing all contests by E1Body & Soul

2. Winner is chosen at random from all valid entries by participants. 
3. Prizes must be picked up within 14-days of winning or will be forfeited.

5. Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash. No prize is transferable. No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of winner. 
6. All winners of all contests are responsible for all taxes on prize awarded. 
7. All E1Body & Soul contests are open to all eligible U.S. Resident 18 or over. Contestants must possess a valid form of identification bearing the picture of the contestant. 
8. Winners will be expected to claim prize at E1Body & Soul within 14 days of being notified that they are winners. If shipping is required, contestant is responsible for all shipping charges and must be paid prior to shipping. 
9. E1Body & Soul reserves the right to disqualify any winner if any contest rules are violated in any way.

We've been dealing with a personal situation. In every situation God has a plan. We are seeing His path & guidance unfold daily.
I'd like to apologize for cancelling "Relax On The River Event." With our current situation, we've ran out of time to plan and make this event the experience that you deserve.
